Our story
and why we started

Roomspilot was launched to bring short-term rental management up to date. Our founders come from technology and hospitality, and they kept seeing the same problem: owners were juggling listings across several channels and struggling to set the right price for every night.

Calendars drifted out of sync, guest messages piled up and pricing was guesswork. Hosts spent their evenings on admin instead of on their guests.

So we set out to build one tool that takes care of the repetitive work. Our mission is to simplify short-term rental management through automation and dynamic pricing, so hosts and property managers can focus on running a great stay.
