Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with the demo: a sample account with bookings, guests and reports. Subscribe when you want to add your own properties. No card is needed to sign up.
What counts as a property?
Each listing you rent out is one property. Rooms or units under a parent property, like rooms in a guesthouse, are each counted as one property.
Can I change the number of properties later?
Yes. Add or remove properties any time. The change is billed from your next charge.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. You pay the monthly or yearly price per property and nothing else, including for bookings on your own website.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for 12 months up front and get 10% off. Yearly plans renew automatically. You can switch back to monthly at renewal.
Can I cancel any time?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stay active until the end of the paid month. Your data stays exportable for 30 days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards through Stripe. Yearly plans for 20 or more properties can also pay by bank transfer.
